• How it works ?

Your use of this Site and of any Products ordered on this Site must be in accordance with all applicable United States federal, state and local laws, statutes, regulations and ordinances and will not take any action that harms or violates the integrity of any person or entity. Deformigo Fashion does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Site, and operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside Deformigo’s control.

• How long will it take to produce and ship my order?

  Our products are printed on demand. When you choose an article on our store you are automatically redirected to one of our partners websites where you can customize it (by size, material, form, e.t.c.). You can choose different shipping options and manage your refunds in case of any return. Your order will be shipped to you in about 2-7 business days, on average, if you are a resident of the USA or Canada. All of our partners also offer worldwide shipping, and it usually takes between 7 – 21 business days to receive your order basically anywhere. If your order was sent via UPS (Express), UPS will provide an expected delivery date in the tracking information if available. 
  

• Do we ship Worldwide?

  Yes, we do. As long as your order is accepted on our partners website, you don’t have to worry about it. Please make sure to provide your right shipping address to avoid any returns and delays.

  **Orders from Algeria,Tunisia, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Morocco, Lithuania, Malaysia, Albania, Kosovo, Cote d’Ivoire, and Macedonia will be cancelled and refunded back to the original payment method used. **

• Returns and refund policy

  Our partners may refund your product, in case of any manufacturing issue. Also, if you return your order within a period, you may get your money back or bonus points which you can spend on other products.

  Note: Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and provide you with those details via email.

  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund details. Please allow 2-5 business days for your bank to process. This time period depends on your financial institution. Please contact your bank for more details about their policies.

  If you haven’t received a refund yet but received a confirmation from us that it was processed, first check your bank account again.

  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@deformigo.com.

• What are the payment options?

  You have different payment options, ranging from VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Skrill to bank transfers, depending of your location. All the payments on these platforms are safe, and you get your money back guaranteed if you choose to return your order.

• What is the quality of our products?

  The quality of any products purchased or obtained by you through this site will meet your expectations. Like our community, our products come from around the world! And all our products are made to order with printing done in the USA, which eliminates waste and gives opportunities to the local economy and artists worldwide. Most Non-Apparel products are manufactured and printed in the USA.  Most of our Home Goods and Accessories (Blankets, Totes, Pillows, Notebooks, Bath Mats, Duvets, Shower Curtains, Zip Pouches, and more!) are American made.

• What are the washing instructions for our apparel?

  Sublimated apparel should be turned inside out and machine wash cold/tumble dry or air dry for the best care! Keep in mind when selecting your final size, certain apparel products, such as the 100% cotton tees, may shrink a bit after washing. 

• Do we offer you assistance?

  When you make an order, you are redirected on our partners website. Our partner marketplace is responsible to offer you any details on our products, as well as useful information.
